According to the Journal of Applied Psychology, hypnosis is significantly more effective than Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), such as gum, patches, and lozenges. Success rates One session of hypnosis boasts an 85% success rate for quitting smoking, compared to much lower rates for other methods. For instance, acupuncture shows a 25% success rate, while nicotine gum and patches achieve only 11% and 13% respectively. Number of sessions Typically, one hypnosis session is sufficient to help you quit smoking. However, if you prefer, two sessions are available, especially if you smoke more than 15 cigarettes a day. We offer continuous support between and after sessions to ensure your success. Ensuring your readiness Your motivation is key. We offer a free initial phone consultation to confirm your readiness to quit smoking. If you're being pressured by others or are in a particularly stressful period, we’ll help you address these issues to improve your chances of success. Addressing underlying issues We’ll help you identify and manage any underlying problems that contribute to your smoking habit, such as stress or emotional difficulties. Our goal is to help you feel happier, more relaxed, and self-confident, making it easier to quit smoking. Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Accepted methods of payment include cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer. If a client fails to make payment, the Therapist reserves the right to cease services until payment is made. Cancellation A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of an appointment.
