About me

I was brought up in Hong Kong and now live in Cornwall, UK, a place that has shaped much of who I am. I'm Jane, a clinical hypnotherapist and holistic health practitioner. My life story is not just about overcoming personal challenges, including two difficult marriages, but also about how I've used these experiences to grow stronger and more compassionate.

I firmly believe in the power of laughter. It's an essential part of my life and something I always try to share with others.

One of my dreams is to create a wellbeing centre. This place will be a retreat for those seeking solace and a space where professionals can collaborate to promote holistic health. This is based on my belief in the strong connection between the mind and body.

 

The InnerLite Weight Management and Rejuvenation programme is a project I'm particularly proud of. It combines hypnotherapy with innovative approaches like the InnerLite MindJab and the Access Energetic Facelift, reflecting my commitment to holistic health.

 

My Power Up! programme is designed for those at a crossroads in their lives. It's for people who, like me, have faced challenges and are ready to embrace the next phase of their lives with renewed passion. My clients often find themselves asking, "What now? Now what?" and I'm here to help them answer that question.

 

My story is about transformation and helping others transform too. With my approach of "Transform Within; Achieve Beyond," I continue to guide, inspire, and share joy with those around me.
